BESTLITE BL9 Pendant Lamp in Brass with Gray Shade

Bestlite BL9 Pendant Lamp is a design from 1930 by Robert Dudley Best a British designer inspired by the Bauhaus movement. Its iconic shape with a simple, bell-shaped shade captivates with elegant minimalism while providing directed light, making it perfect for dining tables, kitchens, or workspaces. Regardless of your interior style, the BL9 adds character and timeless sophistication.

Thanks to its history and functionality, the Bestlite BL9 has earned the title of a design icon. It was the Bestlite lamps that were the first example of Bauhaus in the UK, appreciated by designers and users alike with Winston Churchill himself at the forefront. Today, the BL9 still remains true to its original form, being part of permanent museum exhibitions, including at the Victoria & Albert Museum.
