Bourgie white and gold adjustable-height lamp – Kartell

Classique grand and modern la, Bourgie is an irresistible table lamp imagined by Italian designer and architect Ferruccio Laviani for Kartell. This cult lighting fixture boasts a distinguished silhouette and is adorned with a host of details to be contemplated without moderation.

Glossy and resistant, the Bourgie table lamp boasts a classique and baroque look twisted by the use of metallic ABS, a plastic material made noble through the expert hands of Kartell, specialists in high-end plastic furniture. The pleated material of the lampshade becomes, when the light is switched on, the terrain of jeux fascinating light and shadow. The sparkling appearance of the Bourgie lamp in silver will enhance any room in the house with refinement.

Its intertwined base in resolutely Baroque style features three feet and three decorated levels that create royal curves worthy of the court of Versailles. Sublime and versatile, this luminaire features an ingenious system that allows the height of the lampshade to be modulated according to use (68, 73and 78cm). As a bedside lamp, bureau or even as an accent lamp, Bourgie can be adapted to any interior, adding a touch of design chic and quirky. Its switch features a dimmer switch: light intensity can be modulated to suit your mood. Imagine Bourgie on a chest of drawers in a spacious hallway, on sol in an industrial-style living room, or as a bureau lamp in a cosy workspace.

The iconic Bourgie lamp is available in a wide range of colors (crystal, gold, black, fuschia), charming variations available at The Cool Republic.
