VL 45 Amber Pendant Lamp

The VL 45 pendant lamp is a timeless design by Danish architect and functionalist Vilhelm Lauritzen, created in the late 1930s. Originally designed for the famous Radiohuset building – the headquarters of the Danish Broadcasting Corporation – the VL 45 pendant lamp remains an icon of Scandinavian design to this day. Made from three-layer, hand-blown glass with brushed brass details, it combines classic elegance with functionality and excellent lighting properties. Thanks to its design, the VL 45 lamp provides even, soft, diffused light that creates a pleasant atmosphere in any interior. The opening at the bottom of the shade directs light downwards while gently illuminating the entire fixture. This lamp perfectly fits both classic and contemporary arrangements – ideal for dining rooms, kitchens, living rooms, or public spaces.Design: Vilhelm LauritzenThe set does not include a light bulb.
